I installed a program / package into my virtual domain and it doesn't work, will you help?It depends. Our staff is skilled in PHP and MySQL development. If the package you installed is built using this technology we may be able to offer some type of assistance based on an hourly fee. However, in most all cases you should contact the company you purchased it from and use their support services. If the package you are installing is an open source package where support is not an option, please contact our sales department to see if it is something we can assist with.
