Frequently Asked Questions
How do I filter SPAM?Our mail servers are installed with SPAM protection for all of our members.
To start getting rid of spam for the email accounts setup on your domain, log into your site's control panel and click ont the "Spam Assassin" icon in the "Email Management Tools" section. On the next page, check to be sure spam assassin is enabled. If it is not, click the "Enable Spam Assassin" button to enable it. Email will then get marked with {Spam} in the subject.
If you are currently receiving mail on our system you may start to
notice emails which will have "{Spam?}" placed in the subject.
Emails marked as {Spam?} in the subject are believed to be unsolicited mails and
have been marked accordingly by our mail server. Mail clients such as Outlook, Netscape and Eudora allow you to filter incoming mail and place emails matching specific rules in certain folders. Please feel free to use a filter with your email client to automatically filter messages our mail server has marked as SPAM.
